Eclipses are event generators. They mark a time of Major Endings & Major New Beginnings. Eclipses can be destabilizing. They definitely stir the pot... And the Pisces Lunar Eclipse that happened on September 17th absolutely STIRRED THE POT! The stirring created a cloud, a fog, broke things loose and brought old residue (emotional patterns) to the surface.
 

The Intention of the Pisces Lunar Eclipse was to bring forward any Disillusionments~ Leading Us to Break Down Our False Illusions.

What Illusions are you ready to let go of? Depending on where that Eclipse was in your chart will give clues to the theme of disillusionment you are working through. Reflecting on what has come forward for you in the last week will also bring you clarity. 

Balsamic Moon Phase: Sept 29-  Oct. 2nd The 3 days before a New Moon is the Balsamic Moon Phase, it is the most effective time to pull weeds from your garden. Symbolically, this is a potent time for us to let go of old patterns, release old emotions, fears and breakdown false illusions. Reflect on what you are ready to release:

• Release playing the role of someone you are not!

• Release “not enough” mentality.

• Release Doubts, negative thoughts.

• Releasing illusion of security, and your need to cling to safety and security.

• Letting go of emotional weight, the past weighing you down. 

• Releasing old grief.  

• Release need for control. Release Illusion that there IS control.

• Release illusions around “always busy” = worthiness.  

• Release Illusion that being liked = worthiness

• Notice and release behavior patterns that suck your energy and overall power.

• Release compulsion to compare yourself to others.

• Are you breaking down major disillusions? What truth is being unveiled? Are you ignoring it or stepping up to it? 

• Releasing Illusion that your role, your responsibilities, your job are related to your value & worth. 

• Release any Illusions around Freedom. How do you hold yourself in prison by holding on to blame, victimhood, memories, shame, guilt, worry.

• Are you digging deep into the psyche, subconscious or even past lives?

• What do you need to let go of before you can fully Trust?

Wednesday October 2nd brings us a Libra Solar Eclipse.  A Solar Eclipse is an extra potent New Moon, when the Moon, Sun & Earth are even more exactly aligned.  During the Eclipse, the Moon passes over the disc of the Sun blocking the Solar energy to the Earth Fully or Partially for a brief time. (This Eclipse will be an Annular Eclipse~Ring of Fire. Visible in S. America.) This brief interruption of light affects the Earth's magnetic field... as well as our physical and emotional bodies.  At this time, we internally experience darkness, a shutting down time... A time to Release & Recalibrate.  Think of it as a time to power down & reboot, just like you do with your phone and computer.  The days around a Solar Eclipse, the Universe provides us with support to delete old codes, outdated beliefs and make room for new programming.

This week, the Sun, Moon and Mercury are all in conjunction in the sign of Libra. Libra brings attention to Relationships. It holds the Archetypal energy of Balance, Equality, Partnership, Peace and Harmony.  Libra's Spiritual Lesson is around finding Balance & Harmony~ what we learn through unhealthy relationships. This Eclipse has heightened energy as it is at a close conjunction to the South Lunar Node. This highlights any old patterns that we are ready to let go of (childhood, ancestral and past life). It can bring to our awareness how we can improve our relationships, where we are out of balance and how we "Eclipse" ourselves. 

Eclipses move in 19 year cycles, staying in the same sign axis for 18 months. The Eclipses have been in the Aries-Libra Axis for over a year now. We had a Libra Solar Eclipse on October 14th, 2023. What was going on for you then? What themes are present now? Can you see progress? This week's Eclipse invites us to move up another level in the Libra themes;

This makes them Emotional New Moons!!  Find ways to give yourself and others more Compassion and Patience.  Allow yourself time to rest and process the energy and changes stirred up this month.
