The world around us is changing at an accelerated pace. We must Trust that the Universal Cycles will bring us the transits and Cosmic support we need to move with these Cycles. Many of us are also experiencing our own personal CHANGES, big and small.  As we continue to process all these changes it is important that we regularly check in with ourselves, listen to our Inner Voice and allow downtime so we can effectively recalibrate to move forward. 
 

When we are going through a Change or Transition in life,
We feel vulnerable... which triggers fear & the feeling of LONELINESS. 
 

Loneliness is the emotion psychiatrists find most linked to the stress of "change" or big transitions in life. Loneliness is defined as a cluster of emotions; grief, anxiety, anger, resentment, sorrow, self pity, shame and envy.

Dr. Cacioppo (Behavioral Neuroscientist) suggests that we can help a lonely brain by engaging in the acronym GRACE:
 

G ~ Gratitude (Daily Gratitude! And Thank yourself too)
R~ Reciprocity (Connect, engage with others)
A~ Altruism (Being of Service, practicing kindness, helping others)
C~ Choice (We can choose our attitude, choose effort, choose love)
E~ Enjoy (Find Joy each & every day)

Each Full Moon invites us to "update" our Inner Experience. The Moon rules our emotions, playing a large part in our emotional health and personal development. Disregarded feelings lead to a plethora of illnesses and self-sabotaging behaviors; escapism, over-eating, addiction, over-working, anxiety, depression and fatigue. The Full Moon energy brings our stored emotions to the surface giving us an opportunity to experience our unprocessed emotions. Acknowledging our emotions allows them to move through us, opening up more space for love and creativity in our Hearts.

Just hours before the Full Moon, the Planets Venus and Jupiter Conjoin at 29° Taurus. This energy combined with the Sagittarius Full Moon invites us to think deeply, and contemplate big existential questions such as;
