At around age 7, we enter "The Age of Reason". Astrologically, this is when we experience our 1st Saturn-Saturn Square and when we are introduced to The Law of Truth. At this time we begin to associate Truth with shame, guilt, punishment and un-safety. We also begin to associate denial/lack of truth/negotiating truth with safety and security. Notice when you have negotiated truth for safety (illusion of safety) in your life. OUR SPIRITUAL PATH IS TO RETURN TO TRUTH!!  So, how do we do that? ... By living in Integrity~ aligning with our True Essence, our Values and our Beliefs. By connecting our head with our heart.

The Cosmos is Pulling Us Inward this Week...
To Pause~ To Reflect ~To Listen

With the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Venus all in Sagittarius we are all feeling a boost of Sagittarius Enthusiasm, Faith and Optimism that we need to move forward into 2026. But first, this New Moon calls us inward to reflect on our beliefs, our values and our choices. This New Moon Inspires us to connect with our True Essence, Our Beliefs and step into the Optimal Version of ourselves. 

Friday's New Moon has an extra charge as it is aligned with the Galactic Center (GC) at 27 degrees Sagittarius. The Galactic Center (Black Hole) is a massive hole in our Milky Way Galaxy which consumes and births new Stars. It was discovered in 1931 by a Bell Telephone engineer who was searching for the cause of radio transmission disruptions and interference. The GC was found to be the powerful and interruptive culprit.  When Celestial bodies align with the GC (as the Sun & Moon are this Friday) it can zap them with new and unknown energies. Positively, this alignment gives us support from the Universe in remembering who we are and why we are here. It supports us in releasing old patterns and beliefs.

The Celebration of Light & Rebirthing!

CAPRICORN SOLSTICE~ Dec. 21st at 7:02 am PT
On December 21st, the Sun moves into Capricorn, marking the Winter Solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere (Summer Solstice in the South).  The Winter Solstice is the original Celebration of the Return of the Light as it marks when the days begin to get longer here in the Northern Hemisphere. The word “Solstice” comes from the Latin word “solstitium”, meaning “to stand still”.  For the 3 days around the Solstice, the Earth’s axial tilt comes to a gravitational pause.  This pause or stillness is what we need before we shift directions... it is an indicator that change is ahead of us.  This pause creates an energetic portal as there is a reduction of energy to the magnetic field on earth the day before, day of and day after the Solstice (Dec. 20th - 22nd).  This energetic portal forges an opening to the Cosmos.  These 3 days (Dec. 20, 21 & 22) are an extra powerful time for setting intentions, meditation, creativity, intuition, ceremonies and prayer!

In Stillness we find the present moment, we can hear our Inner Guidance. In Stillness we understand more clearly who we are and why we here. We are ALL INTUITIVE BEINGS and we all benefit greatly from listening to our Inner Guidance.

2025 has been quite a year of major shifts. 2026 will continue to invite us to evolve. 4 of the 5 Outer Planets will change signs, highlighting that we are still at a turning point. 2025 and early 2026 have and will continue to focus on "dissolving" old beliefs, clearing and letting go of what has been holding us back. Yes, still some time to "shed". As 2025 comes to a close and 2026 approaches, it is important that we all find time to Reflect on this past year.

3. February 17th- 23rd, Astrology-Yoga Retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico! Celebrate the Lunar New Year on the Solar Eclipse.  We will have you ready to move forward with the Year of the Horse!! 2 Rooms left!
